I've been deep in the world of large language models since the early days. Experimenting with ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, poking around to see what each one could actually do.

Claude is where I landed. It wasn't just about the features.

A 30-minute conversation to make sure this is the right fit for both of us. You get a clear picture of the outcome and the process. No payment, no commitment until we both decide it makes sense.

The Brain Dump

90 minutes

This is where we unload everything. We spend 90 minutes together online and I ask everything I need to build your Claude foundation - how your business runs, how you communicate, what eats your week, what knowledge lives only in your head. We capture your voice, your language, your nuance. All raw material for the build.

The Build

Happens on my end

While you get on with your week, I go away and build. Using everything from the Brain Dump, I construct a Claude setup built specifically around your business. Within 1 week I'll send you a brief summary of what's been built so you know what's coming, you can flag anything that's missing and book your Reboot session.

The Reboot

This is where it all comes to life. We meet online and I walk you through your complete Claude setup. How it works, how to use it, how to add to it and grow it as your business grows. You leave with everything installed and the knowledge of how to use it.

Yes. You'll need Claude Pro before we can run your Reboot session. It's around $29 AUD per month. If you don't have it yet, that's fine. Just make sure it's set up before we meet. If you're not sure how to do that, I can point you in the right direction.
You don't need to. Out of Your Head is a done-for-you service. You don't need to understand the technical side of what gets built. You just need to show up, be honest about how your business works, and let me handle the rest.
Yes. Everything happens online so wherever you are, we can work together. Pricing is in AUD.
Life happens. Just make sure you reschedule at least 12 hours before your scheduled session time. Rescheduling requests inside that window forfeit the session.
Once you receive your build summary, you have 14 days to book and pay for your Reboot session. If that window lapses, a new agreement will be required.
Two rounds of minor revisions are included within 14 days of your Reboot session. Revisions mean refining what's already been built. Not adding new scope. Refinement is included. If you want to expand the build beyond what was originally agreed, that's a separate conversation.
